We understand that when shopping online that sometimes we purchase the wrong size or don't love the color or fit. If that is the case, we encourage you to contact us via email to set up an exchange or refund, subject to stock availability. We have taken the time to describe each item as accurately as possible.

Please contact Zelivia + Co zeliviacare@gmail.com prior to making a return to receive a Return Authorization. General returns (those not of a defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship) must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. After 30 days all purchases are final with no returns, exchanges, or shop credit provided.

Please note that when you return an item: (1) we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed. (2) any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel. (3) we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.

  • Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store. We would be happy to refund you the shipping costs for a replacement item. Please just let us know once you have placed a new order, so that we can issue a refund.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. 
  • All the sale section items (aka: 40% off ) are non-returnable.

Zelivia + Co  is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. Zelivia + Cwill make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. the refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question.

If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: zeliviacare@gmail.com, please state the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclose a photo of the faulty item.
claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after you received your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred.
